These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Let It GLOW website at letitglowmichigan.com and any services provided by Josh Isenhardt Inc. DBA Let It GLOW ("Let It GLOW," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Let It GLOW provides professional outdoor lighting services including holiday lighting installation, landscape lighting installation, permanent LED lighting installation, and related services in Macomb County, Oakland County, and the greater Metro Detroit area of Michigan.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Estimates provided through our website's price estimator tool or in person are starting-point ranges only. Final pricing is confirmed during your free design consultation and may vary based on:

• Roof pitch and property access complexity

• Total linear footage and number of fixtures

• Distance from our base of operations

• Design scope and materials selected

No pricing is guaranteed until a formal written proposal is accepted by both parties.

3. Holiday Lighting — Lease Agreement

Our holiday lighting service operates on a lease model. Lights and materials installed on your property remain the property of Let It GLOW at all times. You are leasing the display for the duration of the season. At the end of the season, we will remove and store all materials. You do not own the lights.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service proposal. Deposits may be required to reserve your installation date. Failure to remit payment per the agreed terms may result in cancellation of services.

Payment plan arrangements, where applicable, must be agreed upon in writing prior to installation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once an installation date has been scheduled and materials have been allocated. Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for deposit credit toward a future season at our discretion.

6. Property Access and Liability

By engaging our services, you authorize Let It GLOW and its crew to access your property for the purpose of installation, maintenance, and removal of lighting displays. You agree to ensure safe access to all areas where work is to be performed.

Let It GLOW carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or conditions that were not disclosed prior to installation.

7. Maintenance and Service Calls

We provide on-call maintenance throughout the holiday season for installations we have performed. Response time for non-emergency service calls is within 48 hours. We are not responsible for damage caused by severe weather events, vandalism, or misuse of installed equipment.

8. SMS Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number through any form on our website or chat widget, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Let It GLOW. These may include appointment confirmations, service updates, quote follow-ups, and promotional messages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on letitglowmichigan.com including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Josh Isenhardt Inc. DBA Let It GLOW and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, Let It GLOW's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Macomb County, Michigan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date at the top. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
